Pray America

Israel is God's earthly chosen nation. The leaders of our world would do well to remember this. The United States is a nation founded on Biblical principles and is truly blessed of God. The direction we see this nation going today is deeply disappointing and frankly appalling. But there is something we can and must do as the church, God's spiritual chosen nation. His Word states, "if my people.......will humble themselves and pray.......I will heal their land." (II Chronicles 7:14) The Lord always responds to believers that pray based on His Word. It is time to interceed for America the beautiful.

Freedom in Truth

Phillips Brooks wrote these words, "When we are simply asking 'what's right?', the answer always comes". In our selfishness and pride sometimes we are persuaded to stubbornly stand on our notions. We excuse what we know in our heart is wrong with words like, "I can't help the way I feel" or "It's just my way of dealing with it". But if we truly want what is right, the answer will come. And really only in truth can we be set free. Don't let the flesh keep you captive. Find liberty in what is right.

One God

Ephesians 4:4-6 "(4) There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; (5) One Lord, one faith, one baptism, (6) One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all."

Our world would have us believe there are many gods, many faiths, many baptisms, and all we have to do is choose the one we like. According to Paul, thats not so. It would only be sensible to find out who that ONE GOD is and serve Him with all your heart.
