JonAthan D. Bailey

Jonathan Bailey is an ordained minister with the United Pentecostal Church International. After completing a business degree, he attended Indiana Bible College, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Theology.

Jonathan and his wife, Mandy, have faithfully served Eac in many capacities, including Youth Leaders, Young Family Leaders, and Sunday School Teachers. They also served as Section 6 Youth Directors for the Indiana District from 2017 to 2024. Jonathan previously served as Worship Leader, while Mandy continues to serve as Ladies’ Leader.

In April 2026, Jonathan stepped into the role of Pastor of Emmanuel Apostolic Church. Together, Jonathan and Mandy are committed to leading with vision and purpose, with a heart to build a strong, community-focused church.

 

mARK & KATHY ABERNATHY

Mark Abernathy

maRK aBERNATHY IS AN EFFECTIVE, MULTI-FACETED MEMBER OF THE MINISTRY OF eac. He was raised in a Pastor’s home and went with his parents as missionaries to Africa.

Upon answering his call to ministry, he has assisted Pastors, Evangelized full-time, and began his Pastoral ministry in June of 1986. Mark has an Associate’s Degree in Psychology and graduated from South Africa Bible Institute. He is an ordained minister with the United Pentecostal Church International and has served as the Indiana District Youth President from 1987-1995; the Section 3 Presbyter from 1997-2002, and recently served on the District Board as Section 6 Presbyter. He is now an honorary board member of the Indiana District, UPCI. Mark RETIRED FROM PASTOR OF eAC IN aPRIL 2026 AFTER 24 YEARS OF DEDICATION, SPIRITUAL GROWTH, AND FISCAL STEWARDSHIP.
